Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Lyophilised research peptides are stable at ambient for short transit windows; orders are packed with cold packs as standard for any route longer than 48 hours.
Paid orders received before 14:00 UK time on a working day are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders received later, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Bank-transfer orders are held until we confirm funds — typically 1–2 working days for UK transfers, 2–4 for SEPA. Card and crypto orders begin processing immediately on payment confirmation.
EU customers — we declare research-use peptides on the customs label by their chemical name and CAS number, as required. We do not under-declare to avoid duties.
We do not currently ship outside the UK and EU. If you are a research institution in the US, Canada, or Australia and need to place an order, contact us — we may be able to arrange an institutional shipment subject to local research-supply regulations.
Vials are packed in moulded inserts inside an outer kraft carton. Cold packs are included for any route with an expected transit of 48 hours or more, and for all shipments during the warmest weeks of the UK summer (early July through late August).
The shipping label declares the chemical contents and is marked “Research use only · not for human consumption” in the carrier-required field.
Every order receives a unique tracking number from the carrier, included in the dispatch email and accessible from your account orders page.
If your shipment is more than 5 working days late inside the UK, or 10 working days late within the EU, contact us with your order number. We start a carrier trace and either re-ship from current inventory or refund the order.
