Each pen is prepared from the corresponding tested batch prior to dispatch, maintaining full LOT and COA traceability.

A flat per-vial addition, set per product, which includes the bacteriostatic water used for reconstitution. The exact amount is shown on each product page beside the dispensing-pen option. Two vials ordered in this format are prepared as two pens.
Refrigerate on arrival. A reconstituted solution has a shorter usable life than a lyophilised vial, so each pen is prepared close to dispatch. Recommended storage: 2–8 °C.
Adds one working day to dispatch — orders received before 14:00 UK time still ship the next working day, and bank-transfer orders begin their preparation window the moment funds clear.
