The pen-fill service is a flat per-vial add-on set per product, and includes the bacteriostatic water used to reconstitute your vial. You’ll see the exact price on each product page next to the “Pre-filled pen” toggle. If you order two vials with pen-fill selected, we prepare two pens.
Refrigerate your pen on arrival. Unlike lyophilised vials, pre-filled pens have a shorter shelf life once reconstituted — we prepare each pen close to dispatch and include a use-by date on the batch card. Recommended refrigerated storage: 2–8 °C.
Adds 1 working day to dispatch — orders received before 14:00 UK time still ship the next working day, and bank-transfer orders begin their pen-fill window the moment funds clear.

Pre-filled pens follow the same returns policy as vials: sealed, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days, and any batch that fails independent purity verification is refunded in full.
