Research peptides are a regulated, sealed-vial product class. Once a vial leaves our controlled-temperature storage facility we cannot accept it back into stock under any circumstances. The policy below sets out where we will and won’t refund.
If your order has not yet been picked, we will cancel it and refund in full. Once the carrier label is generated and the order is in transit, the shipping cost is non-refundable but the product cost can be refunded on return-to-sender under the rules above.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or analogous EU legislation. Research-use sealed medical-grade containers are an exception to the standard 14-day return window under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, reg. 28(3)(b) — but where statutory protection still applies we will of course honour it.
