Strictly in-vitro and animal-model research. Every product page describes the published research literature for that compound. We do not supply for human or veterinary use, and we do not publish protocols for either.
Yes — research peptides are lawful in the UK when supplied and used for genuine research purposes. Selling or supplying them for human consumption is unlawful under the UK Human Medicines Regulations 2012. Astrel Bio sits on the research-supply side of that boundary.
Astrel Bio batches are HPLC ≥ 98%, with the typical inventory batch at ≥ 99%. Anything below 98% is rejected outright. Mass-spectrometry confirmation is on every COA.
Janoshik Analytical, an independent Czech analytical laboratory widely used in the European research-supply community. They have no commercial relationship with us and publish their methodology. Every COA carries a Janoshik reference number you can verify on their portal.
Yes. Every product page links to the current-batch certificate of analysis. The lot number on the COA matches the lot printed on the vial you receive.
Lyophilised vials are stored at -20 °C in a controlled-temperature UK facility until dispatched. Cold packs are included for any shipment with an expected transit of 48 hours or more.
Card, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer. Card payments are processed by an external provider; we do not see or store card numbers. Crypto payments are processed via Coinbase Commerce. Bank transfer orders are held until we confirm funds — typically 1–2 working days for UK transfers.
No — guest checkout is supported. Creating an account makes re-ordering easier and lets you save addresses, but is not required.
Yes. The research institution field on registration and checkout is optional. We do however ask every customer to confirm that the materials are for genuine research, and we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Paid orders before 14:00 UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. UK delivery typically next working day; EU 3–5 working days. See our shipping page for the full breakdown.
Not currently. If you are a research institution in another jurisdiction and need to place an order, contact us — we may be able to arrange an institutional shipment subject to local research-supply regulations.
Only if there is an issue with the order — damaged in transit, wrong product, below-spec batch, lost in transit. Sealed-vial regulated products cannot be reintroduced to inventory and therefore cannot be returned for change of mind. See our returns policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days. Card refunds land in 3–5 working days; bank transfers in 1–2 (UK) or 3–5 (SEPA); crypto refunds within 5 working days.
